On Tuesday, October 29th Carpenter and Costin hosted a Come Alive Outside event to benefit Wonderfeet. Despite the frigid weather community members came out to watch local chef Steve Sawyer cook up some delicious cuisine with local ingredients. In addition to the show guest enjoyed fresh brick-oven pizza made right on site. The event was made possible by Russ Marsan and the staff of Carpenter & Costin, Steve Sawyer of Table 24, Judy Taranovich of Proctor Gas, Fred Troelstra of Garden Time, Cindi Wight Rutland Recreation Department, Tara Kelly of RAFFL, Greg Cox of Boardman Hill & VT Farmers Food Center and Mike Day of Belgard Hardscapes. The event was a success raising over $900. Sincere thanks to all involved in making the even happen and to all who came out in support.
