Wonderfeet Museum to expand upstairs
Robots, Legos and a second floor are in the future of the Wonderfeet Kids Museum.
The organizers of the nonprofit museum, housed on Center Street and launched by the Rutland Creative Economy, announced Tuesday they had reached a $10,000 fundraising goal and described upcoming plans, which include expansion into the second story of their building.
“I can tell you, this is another very proud story being told about Rutland and how volunteerism is making things happen in this town,” said Paul Gallo of Rutland Creative Economy.
Museum organizer Chris Ettori said that the $10,000 drive was to match a $10,000 pledge from the Downtown Rutland Partnership and saw more than 75 individual contributions. Organizer Myra Peffer said the $20,000 was all designated for programs and exhibits… Full Article…
