Downtown Rutland merchants will be having extended shopping hours for two evenings this holiday season. Wonderfeet Kids’ Museum will be extending hours in order to host two “Drop While You Shop!” evenings on November 19th and December 10th from 5:00pm-7:30pm so you may do some holiday shopping! These evenings are open to members only with $15 registration fee for ages 1-8. We will accommodate up to 20 children each night.
We will have various holiday activities for all ages run by several trained volunteers. We will also provide a snack for your child(ren). Please make sure your child(ren) eat dinner before they are dropped off.
COST: $15 per child
DROP-OFF TIME: 5:00pm
PICK-UP TIME: Before 7:30pm
Parent(s) and child(ren) will receive identical stickers with first name and last initial for identification. The child’s sticker will also include any allergies or dietary restrictions the child(ren) may have. The child will be checked in on a list. When completing registration, parents will complete a form (Download form, print and bring it with you to expedite drop off) that indicates all necessary information for the sticker. Parent(s) will need to present identification, as well as the sticker presented at drop-off in order to pick up their child(ren). We will also have a sign-out sheet for parents to sign before exiting the building.
Our goal is for your children to have a safe and enjoyable evening here at the museum while you are able to get your holiday shopping done!
Please note: All of our volunteers have either worked in childcare, education, or have children of their own, and all have completed criminal background checks.
Snack Options: Goldfish or Fruit, Water or Juice Box OR Parent provided snack labeled with child(ren)’s name(s).
