The Downtown Rutland Partnership has $10,000 for the Wonderfeet Kids’ Museum, which plans to take up semi-permanent residence on Center Street. Coppinger said the museum will have to come up with matching funds and pledge to put the money toward displays or educational materials rather than building improvements, staff salaries or the utility bills…
