What are the hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday - Sunday, 10 am-4 pm, and closed on Mondays. Please see our Events page for Holidays and Special Events.

What is the cost of admission?

Admission for ages 1 to 100: $8.00. Children under the age of 12 months are free. Seniors and Military are $4. We offer a reduced-cost admission for $3 with proof of WIC or SNAP benefits.

Memberships are available for purchase.


Can I host my child’s birthday party at the museum?

Yes! We would love to host your child’s birthday party! Please visit our Birthdays page for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and check as well as MasterCard, Visa, and Apple Pay.

What is the age range for the museum?

We welcome children of all ages. Our exhibits are developed with children 0-8 years in mind.

How long does a museum visit last?

Because every child is different, it’s difficult to put a specific length of time on your visit. An average visit can last up to two hours.

Are you stroller-friendly?

Although we do allow strollers in the Museum, we recommend whenever possible you leave them behind.

Do you have stroller parking?

We have a designated area in the Museum for strollers.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the Museum is wheelchair accessible, and although the exhibits are designed with accessibility in mind, they are not all fully wheelchair accessible. The classrooms on the upper floors can be reached by elevator. Please call us in advance of your visit if you have any questions at 802-282-2678.

What should children wear?

Allow your children to wear something comfortable. They will be very active in the Museum.

Can I just drop off my child and pick them up in a few hours?

No. The Museum is designed for adults and children to learn and play together. Children must be accompanied by someone at least 18 years old.

I don’t have any children but I am a kid at heart, can I come and enjoy the museum?

We do not allow adults to enter the Museum without children. We also do not admit children without an adult. If you are interested in viewing our Museum, we will be happy to give you a brief tour of our facility. Tours are subject to availability.

The Museum is available to rent and host special events for adults only. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are interested in renting the space for one of these events.

Where can we eat?

We do not have accommodations for eating on-site. There are a few public spaces and restaurants within walking distance.

Do you have an ATM?

No. There are several ATMs within walking distance.

Can I leave and come back in?

Your admission is good only on the date admission is purchased. If you would like to leave for lunch and come back on the same day — you will need to get a hand stamp. You will need to show the stamp when you re-enter. If the Museum is at capacity, you will need to wait until capacity opens up.

Do you have a family restroom?

We have expanded bathrooms in our new facilities that include changing tables and toddler seats.

What is your security policy?

Your family’s safety and security are our highest priorities. Adults must be accompanied by a child on the exhibit floor, and children must be accompanied by an adult on the exhibit floor. Staff is always here to assist you. Remember to have fun with and supervise your children.

How can I help?

Because Wonderfeet Kids’ Museum is a non-profit organization, we are always looking for help from the community. Volunteering is a great way to get involved with the Museum. We have a strong need for consistent volunteers. It is a wonderful opportunity to help a child experience the delight of learning.
